This page explains how Lindberg Development AS ("Lyfta", "we") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Lyfta iOS and Android apps and the web companion at my.lyfta.app. By using the service you agree to this policy. Data we collect

We collect account information (email, name), training data you choose to log (workouts, sets, body measurements, programs), optional health integrations such as Apple HealthKit and Android Health Connect, usage data (device, IP address, pages viewed), and images you upload for profile or progress features. Third-party sign-in through Google or Apple may share the name and email already attached to that account.

How we use it

We use personal data to operate the tracker and coaching workspace, authenticate you, generate training insights, provide customer support, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We share data with processors who help us run the product (hosting, analytics, payments) under contracts that limit their use of that data. Public profile content is visible to other users only when you choose a public or followers visibility setting.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Email support@lyfta.app with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. If you are in the EEA you may also complain to your local data protection authority. The service is not directed at children under 13.
